How to Buy

From 11th May: Visit www.incognito.ie and take a note of the number of the pieces you would like to purchase. Please note all the numbers start with the letter C (C0001, C0100, etc)

From 10am 28th May: Select the piece(s) you would like and add to cart. Remember the piece is only yours when you have completed the Checkout process.

We suggest that you aim to add 1 piece to your cart to increase your chance of getting what you want.

Remember the artwork is only yours once you’ve completed the checkout process and paid for it so you need to be quick!

All items are numbered starting with the letter C (C0001, C0100, etc) so be sure to include it in your search.

There is also a filter system in groups of 200 (C0001 – C0200, C0201 – C0400) etc to help you search particular batches of numbers.

Any items that have been checked out successfully will be marked with a SOLD OUT note on the artwork piece.

Absolutely, we have artists from Australia, Canada, Estonia, France, Germany, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, UK and the USA.

Anyone in the world can purchase a piece from this collection. Currently all shipping and packaging will cost €5 (Delivery will depend on Covid-19 restrictions).

Yes, you can pay via PayPal or credit card. No other payment details can be taken offline.

This sale is only available online through the official store.

No card details will be held on our website whether you are successful or not in purchasing a piece of art

Questions About Your Order

Artists names will be written on the back of each card and will only be revealed once the customer receives delivery of their piece.

All artists for Part One and Part Two will be revealed by the end of June 2020.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for items selected incorrectly. All sales are final. So be sure to carefully select the pieces you add to cart and check out.

There is a thumbnail image of the piece at the shopping cart and checkout page to help ensure you can see the correct image throughout the transaction.

All orders are completed and packed individually and our post and packaging rates are per order. 

An automatic confirmation will be sent to the email address used to create the account. Check your junk, spam or clutter folders incase it’s fallen in there.

Orders should be completed within 14 days sent via registered post (subject to Covid 19 government restrictions).

You will receive a notification when your order is being processed.

General Queries

If the website isn’t working for you. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser – Chrome, Edge, Firefox.

If there is an issue from our side (due to high volume of traffic) we will have updates on our social media – FB, TWITTER, Instagram and our website developer will be working away in the background trying to fix the issue. Please be patient as this is year one of a virtual gallery for us. There may be minor glitches on the way. ☺

If a piece has been purchased it will have SOLD OUT on the corner of the art piece. Please remember to refresh the page from time to time to have a more accurate account of items sold or available. 

Absolutely, if you do not wish to purchase a piece of art from the collection you can donate directly to the charity.
